The grill plate is removable and therefore easy to clean after use. The Raclette Gourmet Set is equipped with an indicator light that shows when the ribbed grill plate is hot and ready for use. The cold grip handles allow you to pick up and move the device, even when the grill plate is still hot. Always watch out for burns.
