PVC exhaust systems are widely used in industrial processing. Light in weight but strong enough, they also offer high resistance and good thermal and electrical insulation. Chemical resistance is excellent: PVC is resistant to aqueous solutions of acids, alkalis and salts, and to a large number of organic solvents.
