SikaFiber ST 60, bag/20kg, are metallic fibers for structural applications for use in concrete

Μetallic fibers for structural applications for use in concrete. Can be used for the below applications: Industrial floors, Parking areas , Airport runways, Αntiseismic constructions, Marine constructions, Highways, Tunnels. Are added to the concrete mass and improve the following characteristics: Increase of impact resistence with 20% comparing to a floor that has not been reinforced with fibers, Increase of flexural and tensile strength, Increase of fatigue resistance, Increase of absorbed energy capacity, Reduction of the possibility of crack appearance at the concrete surface, They compensate the stresses in the concrete during the development of the initial strengths. Recommended dosage: Between 20-60 kg/m3, according to the project requirements. It is recommended preliminary testing prior to the final application. The fibers should be added at the concrete plant. After addition of fibers at the mixer, it is recommended to continue the mixing for a minimim of 5 minutes. Are compatible with all Sika concrete additives and admixtures.
